I usually say the same thing for myself… If you ever hear the phrase “burn it with fire” during the podcast, I’m hoping Dustin cuts that out – he doesn’t always. lol
At this point christian doctrine devolves into a competition for rewards in heaven. You can lose rewards by sinning, or gain them by kissing god’s ass.

This made me think of when christians ask atheists what keeps them from murdering/stealing/etc. if there isn’t a higher power to tell them what is right or wrong. A better question would be what keeps christians from murdering/stealing/etc. when all they have to do is get on their knees, fold their hands, and magically they are guilt-free.
